After graduating from ENA in 1981, Caroline Martin worked for the Ministry of the Interior. She then belonged to the administrative courts and administrative courts of appeal from 1988 to 2007. After becoming a State Councillor, she was assigned to the Litigation Section and was President of the Chamber for more than five years before retiring. Appointed to the CCNE in December 2017, she has been a member of the national digital ethics pilot committee since 2019. She is also a member of the covid 19 monitoring and liaison committee.
