In the wake of the 2005 law, many associations for people with disabilities are calling for additional, adapted regulations to address the frequent shortcomings in their emotional and sexual lives. Some of them are even calling for the introduction of sexual accompaniment services, such as those provided by our European neighbors in Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Denmark.
